Sea Watch personnel have established specifications and set very high industry standards. The American Institute of Baking inspects company plants annually and all three have received Superior Ratings. The FDA, and numerous companies for whom we pack, inspect the plants regularly. Quality control management is HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) certified with a microbiologist and microbiology lab.
