Introduction: Xinghua Changhong Food Co., Ltd. was established in May 1995, which is a joint-stock company specializing in the production of dehydrated vegetables. The company is located at the Economic Development Zone of Chengdong Town in Xinghua, Jiangsu, which enjoys the reputation as a “Land of Milk and Honey” and boasts of plentiful vegetables and rich resources. The company now has 2,500 mu of stable raw material production base. It has also established cooperation relationship with the Export Demonstration Area of Xinghua and Nonglaoda Vegetables Cooperative of Xinghua. The company has directly motivated more than 2,000 farmer households to create profits by specializing in the plantation of high-quality pollution-free vegetable raw materials which are suitable for processing.

The company covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with fixed assets of 16 million yuan, and more than 500 employees, including more than 80 specialized technical personnel. The main equipment and facilities include 3 4T boilers, 25 ovens, two pre-treatment production lines, as well as a complete set of equipment at the sorting workshop including shakers, winnowing machines, X-ray machines, metal detectors, and so on. All the devices are made of stainless steel. The plant has a floor area of 11,000m2, including 5,000m2 of warehouses with constant temperatures (15-18 degrees), and 200m2 of low-temperature cold storages (minus 30 degrees). As a member unit of the Association of Dehydrated Vegetable Industry of Xinghua, the company has passed the IS 0900l: 2000, HACCPP certification, and in May 2011, it obtained the title of “Taizhou Leading Enterprise”.
The main products of the company include dehydrated scallions, carrots, cabbage, colza, red peppers, green peppers, spinach, onions, celery, potatoes, and so on. The company has an annual output of more than 2,500 tons of dehydrated vegetables. Its capability of independently producing high-quality products has reached the domestic leading level.
