Alpha Tea Holdings is a fully owned Subsidiary of Golden Food Agro (Pvt) Ltd, a pioneer in the export of commodities from Sri Lanka. With roots in the heart of Colombo, the activities of the Company has been the wholesale of traditional Sri Lankan commodities including Black Pepper, Black Sesame seeds, Mixed Sesame Seeds, Betel nuts, Nut meg, Cloves, Soybeans, Maize and a varied list of agricultural products. Additionally the company also deals with supplying many corporate bodies and government entities with base food products for such entities to produce finished food items for the market at large including to the World Food Program and many multinational companies in Colombo. The Company also deviating from the food industry is involved in real estate sourcing and managing. The Company is involved in several social programs uplifting the community at large including providing housing for farmers and educating and supplying them with seeds, raw material and fertilizers for the optimum results. Currently with a direct workforce of 25, the Company in its business provides the indirect substance for at least 1675 farmers and their depedents.
